Supported
by lottery funding, the study studio provides a quiet,
supportive environment for students of all year groups
to complete homework and coursework.
Students are supervised by teaching and support staff,
giving them an opportunity to clarify details of homework
set and to gain extra support with homework tasks if
required.
Pupils have access to ICT, printing and research facilities
in the Gateway suite as well as the ICT rooms.
If pupils are not meeting the requirements for homework
and coursework, teaching staff may request pupils to
attend the study studio on a compulsory basis until
the required work is completed. This will be entered
in the pupil organiser.
Study studio is open at the following times:
Tuesdays 3:15-4:15pm
Wednesdays 3:15-4:15pm
Thursdays 3:15-4:15pm
Fridays 3:15-4:15pm
If your child is interested in attending the study
studio, they should come to the Gateway suite or Room
5 at the above times. Should you wish to find out more
about the study studio, please contact Miss Keeton at
the school to discuss it further, or to arrange a visit
to the study studio.
