|  The PTFA was re-launched in September 2006 after the campaign to save the school from closure was successful.
New members are always welcome as new people and new ideas are the right way forward for this important group.
The PTFA exists to give parents a real share in the life of the school without involvement becoming a ‘death sentence’.
Even if all you want to do is to support the fund raising activities and Quiz Nights, contact us by email at the school. The last Quiz Night, in March raised £155.00.
The 100 club was launched in March 2007. 50% of the money raised goes to school projects and 50% goes in prizes. It’s better odds than the lottery and only costs £1 per month.
To date the PTFA have funded
1. The refurbishment of the ‘Upper Crust’ Year 11 refreshment area.
2. The July 18th Awards for personal achievement against the odds.
3. The new signage for the ‘Gateway Suite’.
4. The 2007 school Christmas Card competition.
Quiz nights are planned for the Autumn Term so why not come and join us ? Go, on, you know it makes sense !!!
